Please take a minute to read over the terms before placing your order. This is a unique order process and not your typical online order.

Estimated Completion Date: The week of 1-22-25.

Please note that this is an estimated completion date. Please allow additional shipping time and group delivery time, allow up to four weeks from the date that the store closed and not the date ordered.

Delivery options: (1) Group delivery, orders will be delivered to the school for distribution.

Final sale: No returns or exchanges.

Manufacturers may back-order items which will delay the order, or an item may become unavailable which will result in a cancellation of that item. If this happens you will be notified through email and your credit card will be refunded, no items are guaranteed.
If any item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with another comparable item. We will not do this with name brands without notifying you.
If the order minimums are not met as a team the sale may be extended which would push back the delivery date or orders may be cancelled for a refund, you will be contacted if either of these applies.
Actual artwork size and location may vary from the mock-up: a mock-up is provided to give you an idea of what the finish product will look like, this includes the location of the decoration.
No changes can be made to your order after the store has closed.
You will be contacted at the given email address when your order has shipped.

Any claim on an order must be made within five days of receipt or ten days of the shipment date.
